Update: Covid 19
Given the current pandemic status of the Covid 19 virus (coronavirus), the PFC regretfully announce that Thursday games and Monday & Wednesday training sessions will be suspended immediately.
We will attempt to re-schedule our summer 2019/2020 finals before our winter season begins, but this may not be possible.
It is also likely that the beginnings of our winter season - scheduled for 16th April - will be postponed. This is a developing situation and we will strive to keep you informed of the latest developments around our action plan for dealing with the Covid 19 pandemic.
At this stage our Annual Award Night has not been canceled - we will strive to make a decision on this as early as reasonably possible. For updates on this situation, please ensure you follow our Facebook page, or check in regularly via our website.
To help protect our community, the PFC would also like to remind our members of the WHO guidelines for protecting yourself from illness
Wash your hands frequently
Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water.
Maintain social distancing
Maintain at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth
Practice respiratory hygiene
Make sure you, and the people around you, follow good respiratory hygiene. This means covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Then dispose of the used tissue immediately.
If you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical care early
Stay home if you feel unwell. If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention and call in advance. Follow the directions of your local health authority.
